These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services and the website (www.washlah.sg) operated by Washlah.inc Pte Ltd, a company registered in Singapore (Company Registration No. 201926311W), with its principal place of business at 1 Kaki Bukit Ave 6, #01-37, Singapore 417883, and its secondary location at 7030 Ang Mo Kio Ave 5, #01-52, Singapore 569880.

By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or utilizing any of our car detailing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not proceed with our services.

1. Scope of Services

 

1.1. In-Studio Services:

Washlah.inc Pte Ltd provides professional car detailing, cleaning, and related services at our physical studio locations. The scope of services for each package will be clearly defined at the time of booking.

1.2. Mobile Detailing Services:

We offer a mobile detailing service, whereby our certified technicians perform services at a location specified by the client. The client is solely responsible for ensuring that the designated on-site location is suitable and safe for our services, with adequate space and access to a reliable water source and power outlet, unless otherwise specified in writing.

1.3. Service Limitations:

While we employ professional-grade products and techniques, we do not provide any guarantee of the complete removal of all stains, defects, or blemishes from your vehicle's interior or exterior. The effectiveness of our services is contingent upon the vehicle's pre-existing condition, the nature of the issue, and the age of the materials.

2. Appointment, Payment, and Cancellation Policy

 

2.1. Appointments:

All services are conducted strictly by appointment. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation notice from Washlah.inc Pte Ltd, which may be provided via email, SMS, or other communication channels.

2.2. Pricing and Charges:

All prices for services are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Pricing for services is subject to change at our discretion. Any applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), will be applied as required by Singapore law. The final service price will be confirmed prior to the commencement of work.

2.3. Cancellations and Rescheduling:

You must provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to a percentage of the service cost, which will be specified at the time of booking.

2.4. Payment:

Full payment for all services rendered is required upon completion. We accept payment via methods as indicated on our website and at our studios, which may include cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment platforms.

3. Client Responsibilities and Vehicle Condition

 

3.1. Disclosure of Vehicle Condition:

You are responsible for disclosing all pre-existing damage, undisclosed issues, or modifications to your vehicle prior to the commencement of any service. This includes, but is not limited to, paint damage, bodywork issues, aftermarket accessories, or electrical malfunctions. We reserve the right to refuse service to vehicles with pre-existing conditions that may pose a risk to our team or equipment.

3.2. Personal Belongings:

You are solely responsible for removing all personal belongings, valuables, or sensitive items from your vehicle before the service begins. Washlah.inc Pte Ltd and its employees shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft of items left inside the vehicle.

3.3. Vehicle Drop-off and Collection: For studio services, you are responsible for the timely drop-off and collection of your vehicle. Vehicles not collected within 24 hours of service completion may incur a daily storage fee.

4. Promotions, Marketing, and Media Usage

 

4.1. Promotions and Collaborations:

All promotions, discounts, and collaboration offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be made available at the time of the offer. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

4.2. Media Rights:

You grant Washlah.inc Pte Ltd and its authorized representatives an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to capture, use, and reproduce photographs and videos of your vehicle, both before and after the service, for our marketing, advertising, and social media purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, website content, social media posts, and online advertisements. We will not use any personally identifiable information without your explicit consent.

5. Limitation of Liability and Product Guarantee

 

5.1. Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Washlah.inc Pte Ltd, its employees, agents, or contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or products. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the cost of the service provided.

5.2. Product Guarantee:

We exclusively use professional-grade products from reputable and recognized sources in the car care industry. Any product guarantees or warranties are solely provided by the respective product manufacturer. We will provide all reasonable assistance to facilitate any claims you may have against the manufacturer, but we do not offer any independent warranty on the products used.

 

6. General Provisions

 

6.1. Governing Law:

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. You irrevocably agree that the courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim.

6.2. Severability:

f any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

6.3. Amendments:

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
