TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Ensure sure you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions before proceeding. By accessing this service, you shall be deemed to have accepted and to be legally bound by the Terms and Conditions.
‘The Company’ / ‘Our’/ ‘We’ henceforth refers to Washlah Entreprise Pte. Ltd.
‘Customers’ refers to individuals or residents subscribing to the company’s’ services.
‘Vehicle/s’ refers to Singapore registered passenger automobiles/ belonging to the subscribers.
1. SERVICES
1.1 This service is strictly intended for customer’s subscribing to our car washing and grooming
services.
1.2 We shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the vehicle including scratches, dents, grazes,
scuffs while rendering our services**.
1.3 Our operational hours are from Mondays to Fridays from 9am to 9pm and Saturdays from 9am to
6pm. Operational hours for corporate projects are not restricted to the above.
1.4 Payment shall be collected prior to our cleaning and grooming.
1.5 Services shall be carried out at the carpark lot or the washing bay depending on the package.
1.6 There will be no washing/ grooming on Public Holidays and in the event of adverse weather
conditions.
1.7 Washlah Entreprise Pte Ltd reserves the right to turn down any of our services without prior notice.
In these circumstances, the company will issue a refund within 3 business days.
2. CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITIES
2.1 The onus is on the customers to inform our team of the existing condition of the vehicle which may
make it impossible to render our services effectively. In this instance, an inconvenience fee of SGD
$10 will be charged if we are unable to service the vehicle on-site and the customer is not willing to
upgrade the package.
2.2 Customers' vehicle shall be parked within the carpark lot, avoiding parking too closely to walls and
other hindrances which may prevent our team from carrying out the cleaning effectively.
2.3 Customers shall empty their vehicle of bulky belongings prior to service.
2.4 You may not at any point in time solicit any employee of the company to terminate their relationship
with Washlah Entreprise Pte. Ltd or for any other work (whether in relation to the scope of the work).
2.5 Do not approach our employees if the washing is not done satisfactorily.

3. PAYMENT
3.1 If you do not receive your confirmation invoice within 2 working days after the transaction,
please forward the following information: your name, vehicle registration number, residential
postal code and contact number to corp@washlah.sg
3.3 All payment made are non-refundable. For our subscription package, should you choose to cease our
services, we will continue providing washes till the end of the billing cycle.
3.4 We accept payments via bank transfers, cashier’s orders and DBS Paylah.
3.5 Without prejudice to all its rights, Washlah Entreprise Pte. Ltd. may terminate its service at any point of
time and will rightfully issue a refund for the remaining period or unused part.
3.6 We shall issue and electronic receipt via e-mailing address upon request only.
3.7 The company reserves the right to change/ amend the terms and conditions from time to
time. By engaging us, you would have deemed to have read, understood and agreed to
these Terms and Conditions.
BEST SERVICE BASIS
Our services are provided on a best efforts basis – we will not be held responsible in the event that we are unable to clean, and remove stains on your vehicle. All services listed in our marketing material are for reference only, and do necessarily represent a guarantee that the service was performed depending upon the condition of your vehicle or upon a special extenuating circumstance.
INCIDENTAL DAMAGE
We are not responsible for any incidental damage that may occur while your vehicle is in our possession, including but not limited to any damage related to pre‐existing conditions (scratches, dents, stains, etc.) damage to automated windshield wiper systems, wiper blades, rear window wipers, exterior moldings, exterior mirrors, trailer hitch caps, roof racks, power antennas, insignias, aftermarket accessories (bug shields, sun visors), magnetic signage, running boards, hood ornaments, or alloy, chrome or mag wheels, headlights, rear lamps, or reflectors.
